BEND , Oregon — Pronghorn, An Auberge vent on a grassy surface. Resort, part of Auberge Resorts’ collection of luxury hotels, has unveiled a new events venue: Event Island.
Event Island features 6,100 square feet of usable space on its flat, grassed surface that can entertain up to 300 guests for a seated event. A land bridge connects the island to the main property and can be reached by both vehicles and walking traffic. Perimeter berms and native vegetation, including specimen Juniper trees, maintain a sense of natural privacy throughout.
“We knew we had a great opportunity to create something special with Event Island,” said general manager Spencer Schaub. “We constantly strive to provide our guests with authentic and unique experiences and really connect them to our home, central Oregon. Event Island delivers the optimal setting on which to build memories in beautiful Bend.”
Pronghorn, An Auberge Resort recently announced a $20 million investment for a new guest lodge, spa and enhancements to existing facilities. The new hotel will be named The Lodge at Pronghorn, An Auberge Resort.
