Participants find their inner rock star for a competitive team building music competition called Band Together by Impact 4 Good. Broken into groups, attendees battle each other in a lip sync competition, rock trivia and the creation of a music-themed mosaic mural and ukuleles with personalized decorative cases.
Instead of going to waste, the murals and ukuleles will be donated to a local school or after school music program. The experience last anywhere between 90 minutes and two hours depending on the size of the group. Any group over 20 people would be able to participate.
Impact 4 Good creates team building programs that both help teach communication skills, donate to local causes and allow the participants to have fun. This new program announced in February donates to in school music and art programs taught by qualified music teachers.
