Meetings attendees at Endicott House learn that flowers don’t only serve as something to admire, but something to inspire during the Iron Florist team building competitions. During this package experience, teams compete to craft the most creative and extravagant arrangements.

Participants can only use items found in their “secret component box.” The winning team is crowned Iron Florists. To decide who takes home the finished arrangements, each creation is raffled off.

This unusual learning experience is one of three floral-themed packages that Endicott House offers. The conference center also features Everything Herbs for groups to learn how to preserve, use in everyday meals and add fragrance to your home. Potting and Nurturing Orchids also instructs participants, but in the art of planting and maintaining flowering orchids with a take-home orchid to practice on.

Meeting planners can also opt for a wine and cheese pairing, chili cook-off and pie making experience.

The Endicott House, located in the Boston suburb of Dedham, Massachusetts, envelops guests in a secluded landscape on 25 acres. Attendees can enjoy views of the Blue Hills, maintained gardens and a 1934 French Manor-style mansion.
