Meeting attendees can network while whacking a golf ball 100 yards at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club’s Shoot for the Pin team building activity in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The competition has groups with up to 25 participants tee off from the first hole tee box to aim at the resort’s famed island 9th hole on the Ocean Course.
Each member hits two balls towards the island, where a golf attendant will measure the closer of two shots. The shot ranges from 80 to 100 yards.
The hotel staff structured the activity to encourage mingling before or after their day of business at the inn’s 25,000 square feet of indoors meeting space. Booking the event includes golf clubs, balls and two golf attendants. A scoreboard and prizes for the winners are also available for the one-hour activity.
