Meeting space: There is 30,000 square feet of meeting space, indoors and out.

Location: The Mission Inn is on 1,000 acres, 35 minutes northwest of Orlando and 42 miles from the Orlando International Airport in central Florida’s Lake County, home to 1,400 lakes.

Amenities: The resort is best known for its golf courses, El Campeon, opened in 1917 and Las Colinas, opened in 1992. The resort also has a driving range, a 14,000-square-foot putting green and partners with three sports academies. There are six Har-Tru clay tennis courts and two Laykold all-weather courts, an outdoor pool and a fitness center. The Spa Marabella will organize meeting breaks or group events. La Hacienda serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; Nicker’s, at the golf clubhouse, offers casual lunches and dinners as well as weekend seafood buffets. The upscale El Conquistador serves only dinner but can be booked for private dinners and functions. Boats can be rented at the resort’s Marina del Ray on Lake Harris; the resort also offers a five-acre trap-and-skeet range.
