The Ava Hotel in Paso Robles Now Accepting Reservations

MCLEAN, Virginia — A new hotel is coming to California’s Central Coast. The Ava Hotel in downtown Paso Robles is now accepting reservations for September 7 and beyond.

Owned and operated by locals who are deeply rooted in the region’s wine and hospitality industries, The Ava Hotel will offer an alternative for corporate planners seeking meaningful, place-based experiences.

The newly built, four-story property blends thoughtful design with cultural richness. The hotel’s 151 guest rooms and suites are designed to balance comfort with a modern California aesthetic.

Versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces totaling 6,500 square feet work well for team off-sites, board retreats and networking events. Tablas Conference is the largest meeting space, with 2,842 square feet that can be divided into two separate rooms, as well as 1,334 square feet of pre-function space.

The hotel will also boast Paso Robles’ largest rooftop destination, complete with a poolside bar, firepits and lounge seating. The 2,385-square-foot rooftop courtyard is ideal for cocktail hours and private functions.

The property will have three distinct dining venues, including a rooftop, poolside restaurant and bar and an elegant Mediterranean-inspired restaurant helmed by local favorite Chef Julien Asseo.

Located at Pine and 10th Streets in downtown Paso Robles, The Ava Hotel is within walking distance to area tasting rooms, boutiques and cultural sites.
