LEESBURG, Virginia — A new boutique hotel in Virginia’s wine and hunt country is now open. Located in downtown Leesburg, Hotel Burg is a 39-room property that spans three architecturally distinct structures and is poised to redefine upscale hospitality in Northern Virginia.
PM Hotel Group, a leading hospitality management company, recently announced that it will manage Hotel Burg, and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce hosted a grand opening ribbon-cutting celebration on July 29.
The hotel’s design aims to reflect “refined country living,” with interiors that feature antique-rich details, layered textures and original works by regional artists. Every space is designed to capture the heritage and culture of Loudoun County, and accommodations include eight suites, each named after trees native to the area.
The Hunton is Hotel Burg’s signature restaurant that celebrates Virginia’s fare through open-fire cooking. Open to both guests and locals, the restaurant’s menu showcases game meats, foraged herbs and locally sourced produce, while the beverage menu includes regional wines and cocktails. Additional dining outlets include The Rooftop Bar, a guest-only space that offers a sundeck and fire pit, and The Diana Lounge, where both guests and locals can enjoy handcrafted beverages and light bites.
Hotel Burg is also home to The Chase, a private members’ club that offers an exclusive social haven complete with a speakeasy, flexible workspaces such as the Reading Room and Business Commons, fitness facilities with an infrared sauna, priority dining reservations and curated programming rooted in Loudoun County’s equestrian and vinicultural heritage.
For off-site events, The Manor 1858 sits on 22 acres of rolling hills in Loudoun County, just 12 minutes south from Hotel Burg. The restored stone bank barn, built in 1858, serves as a historic venue for private events and retreats.
