The center features six individual meeting rooms, a large auditorium and multiple configurations designed to accommodate different event sizes and layouts. The auditorium alone can accommodate hundreds of guests, making it an ideal setting for concerts, conferences, banquets and special programs.

One of the center’s greatest strengths is its ability to serve many different types of events under one roof. Businesses can host conferences and training sessions, while community organizations can hold fundraisers, reunions and festivals. Couples can celebrate weddings and receptions, while vendors and entrepreneurs can take advantage of the facility for trade shows, markets and expos. In-house catering is also offered and always delicious!

Audiovisual capabilities, projectors, upgraded internet access, professional event staff and flexible room arrangements allow organizers to customize the facility around their specific needs. Outdoor events are another part of the center’s appeal. A 4,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion provides space for concerts, car shows, reunions, receptions, picnics and other activities, expanding the possibilities beyond the walls of the conference center.

Location is another major advantage. Situated just over a mile from Interstate 65’s Exit 53, the center is easily accessible to visitors traveling throughout Kentucky and the surrounding region. The city’s proximity to Mammoth Cave National Park and other regional attractions adds another dimension for visitors traveling to events.

Looking toward the future, the Cave Area Conference Center is positioned to play an even larger role in regional tourism and events. Plans for a new agriculture exposition center behind the conference center could bring a 3,000-seat multipurpose venue to Cave City, creating new opportunities for concerts, agricultural events, rodeos and other large-scale gatherings.
