Kudos: The hotel is the only Nebraska hotel that is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Historic Hotels of America. It is one of two Nebraska hotels rated Four-Diamond by AAA.
What’s new: A $7 million renovation three years ago added Art Deco touches to meeting rooms and upgraded guest rooms with touches like seven-nozzle-head European showers and hardwood floors.
Rooms: 89 guest rooms, including 45 suites. Every room is different.
Meeting space: 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 1,276-square-foot ballroom and a seventh-floor executive boardroom for up to 40.
Location: Across the street from the Orpheum Theater, two blocks from Omaha’s historic Old Market District, four blocks from the Holland Performing Arts Center, six blocks from CenturyLink Center conference facility and arena, and five miles from the Omaha’s Eppley Airfield.
