Bellasera Hotel & Suites Completes Renovation, Joins Hilton’s Tapestry Collection

MCLEAN, Virginia — The Bellasera Hotel & Suites in Paso Robles, California, recently unveiled the property’s full-scale renovation and joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The renovation infused the property’s 60 guest rooms with a contemporary, European-influenced design, created new beverage and food options and added thoughtful amenities, according to the company.

The hotel’s Central Coast Hospitality Center boasts 2,200 square feet of meeting and event space that can accommodate up to 100 guests in banquet-style seating.

The renovation included the addition of a new on-site restaurant, Enoteca. Helmed by executive chef Rachael Zollo, Enoteca took inspiration from Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, as well as the surrounding wine country, to create menu pairings and a curated wine list from their cellar. The restaurant features local seasonal ingredients in dishes like arancini, grilled branzino, panzanella salad, and steak and truffle crostini. Diners can enjoy their meals in Enoteca’s fireside conversation area or on the heated outdoor patio.

“We’re thrilled to unveil the transformation of Bellasera Hotel & Suites and welcome guests to experience a refreshed take on Central Coast hospitality,” Benny Cendali, hotel general manager, said in a statement. “From the updated design to the reimagined Enoteca restaurant, every detail of the renovation was crafted with our guests in mind. Whether you’re a traveler discovering Paso Robles for the first time or a local returning for a familiar escape, we’re proud to offer a warm, elevated experience inspired by the beauty and charm of European living.”

Bellasera’s luxury suites offer select accommodations and additional room amenities, such as fireplaces and private jetted tubs, the company said in a press release.
