Camden on the Lake operates three restaurants on-site — H. Toad’s Bar and Grill, the Frog and the Jitterbean Café — as well as a full-service catering service and bar for events and meetings. The catering team can whip up a dish for every event and offers a menu of options ranging from plated breakfasts with fluffy scrambled eggs topped with chives and cheddar cheese to themed dinner buffets featuring cuisines from around the world. Their brunches have become famous around the lake, with elaborate spreads that include roasted banana and chocolate bread pudding with caramel rum sauce, and roasted pork loin with caramelized apples and Vermont maple sauce. Alcohol is allowed.

Event Extras

Each of the ballrooms features built-in audiovisual equipment, including an eight-foot screen, an liquid-crystal display projector and house sound that can amp up any event. Other features vary by room but include everything from private full-service bars and dance floors to intimate spaces with grand conference tables perfect for a strategy meeting. The events team even specializes in throwing themed parties for groups, including poker nights and poolside parties. Aside from business meetings, charity events and weddings, other favorite event packages for guests of this resort are the hotel’s bachelorette and bachelor parties, barhopping on a chartered boat, slumber parties and spa days.
