CARMEL, Ind. — The Renaissance Indianapolis North in Carmel has been named the No. 1 hotel for event satisfaction among the 81 Renaissance hotels in the United States.
Parent company Marriott International analyzes its properties’ event satisfaction scores throughout the year. The Carmel hotel scored the highest for 2012 .
The rankings are based on results from event surveys of facilities, sales services, operations and overall service.
“The staff in general at the Renaissance goes out of their way to make sure you know you are an honored guest or client and create an atmosphere where the client is set up to succeed,” said meeting planner Sarah Killion.
The hotel also ranked in the top 10 percent for overall guest satisfaction among Renaissance hotels.
The 263-room hotel is near the Carmel Arts and Design District, the Carmel Center for the Performing Arts, downtown Indianapolis, and Lucas Oil Stadium.
