PRINCETON, N.J. — A three-month renovation at the Chauncey Conference Center has upgraded its 100 guest rooms, enhanced its lobby and dining options and improved its technological features. On 370 acres that is the grounds of the Educational Testing Service, the facility is managed by Aramark.

“We are already experiencing an increase in business as our customers look forward to our state-of-the-art renovations and service upgrades,” said Sara Blivaiss, general manager.

Guest rooms have new decor, new furnishings and added amenities that include iPad/iPod docking stations and flat-screen televisions.

The lobby was extended so that the C Bar could be added. The bar is a place for guests to have coffee, fruit smoothies, light fare or cocktails while they use the complimentary wireless Internet.
Because of demand, a 1,200-square-foot meeting room was added to the center’s 10,000 square feet of meeting space. Audiovisual capabilities throughout the property have been upgraded.

A new  porte cochere protects arriving guests from the elements; the building’s siding, roof and balconies were also replaced.
