PIGEON FORGE, TennesseeDollywood is building a new hotel next to the DreamMore Resort and Spa in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Construction is underway on the new HeartSong Lodge and Resort, which is set to open in fall 2023.

The HeartSong Meeting & Event Center will have 26,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space, including a 7,500-square-foot main ballroom, 3,200-square-foot junior ballroom and ample pre-function space. Other meeting spaces include hospitality rooms designed for small groups and a 20-seat boardroom. The Cove Event Lawn will provide group gathering spaces, a communal fire pit and screened-in porch.

The five-story “reimagined lodge” will have 302 guest rooms and suites – many with balconies – and feature a variety of accommodations and amenities.

Upon arrival, guests will pull up under a large porte-cochere and enter to find a 4,000-square-foot, four-story atrium lobby with lantern-inspired windows and a two-story stone fireplace. The resort will also boast indoor and outdoor pools and an acoustics music room inspired by Dolly Parton herself.

HeartSong’s culinary and retail offerings will include a 195-seat restaurant and lounge, a 40-seat private dining room, lobby lounge, Wildflower Market Grab & Go Eatery and the Honeysuckle & Pine Storied Goods Mercantile.

The new resort hotel is adjacent to Dollywood Theme Park, Dollywood’s Splash Country Water Park and Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa and is 10 miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
