The Winter Montana Meeting Package is available January 4 through March 12, and the Summer Meeting Package June 1 through September 30.
Winter Montana Meeting Package
A three-night winter package starts with a welcome reception with a hosted bar, hearty appetizers of wild game meatballs, savory cheesecake and more, followed by a Montana-themed dinner featuring bison, trout and other delectable Montana specialties. The second day of the meeting is held in the beautifully rustic log conference center that can be divided to suit each client’s specifications. Food and beverage service includes a Hydration Station, a Buckle Buster Afternoon Snack Break, a burger bar lunch and a Sleigh Ride Dinner featuring elk and chicken. Day three includes a private snow-coach tour of nearby Yellowstone National Park with a packed gourmet lunch. Guests return to the ranch to dine on prime rib and salmon, with cobbler for dessert. The Winter Montana Meeting Package is $755 per person for three nights. Audiovisual usage is included.
Summer Montana Meeting Package
With the three-night summer package, guests have a similar itinerary to that of the Winter Meeting package, except day two winds down with a Chuck Wagon BBQ Dinner and a cowboy singer. Day three starts with a guided two-hour horseback ride in the morning that is followed by a taco bar lunch and a half-day whitewater adventure. Meeting guests return to the ranch to dine on a prime rib and salmon buffet with a cobbler dessert. The Summer Montana Meeting Package is $685 per person for three nights. Audiovisual usage is included.
Accommodations
The ranch can accommodate up to 200 guests in its recently renovated log cabins and chalets. The rustic cabins are spacious and comfortable with modern facilities. Several are equipped with wood-burning fireplaces and complete kitchens.
