A number of hotels have new identities on Cape Cod, including one of the area’s largest conference hotels.

In Hyannis, a former Radisson hotel has reopened as the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Cod after a six-month, $10 million renovation.

The 160-room hotel is near Cape Cod’s historic Main Street Hyannis district, pristine beaches, golf courses and the island ferries for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

The lobby features modern and stylish furnishings, a fireplace, business center and new lobby lounge.

An outdoor pool was added in the landscaped courtyard, as well as an outdoor fire pit and seating area.

The renovated guest rooms include new baths, a mini-refrigerator, a work desk with an ergonomic chair, a 42-inch flat screen television and other amenities.

During the renovation, a 2,400-square-foot meeting room was added. The DoubleTree has 11,000 square feet of meeting space including the 4,352-square-foot  Regatta meeting room.

Among its amenities is a 10,000-square-foot fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a  restaurant and a lounge.

On Nantucket Island, Lark Hotels plans to renovate and open 76 Main, a 20-room boutique hotel that is the only hotel directly on Main Street in the middle of Nantucket town.

The hotel is a short walk from shops, restaurants and galleries. Its main house and guest house are connected with a landscaped courtyard with a fire pit. The hotel is expected to open in June.
