TYSONS CORNER, Virginia — The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center, the newest Hyatt Regency-branded hotel in the Washington, D.C.-Northern Virginia area in more than 20 years, is expected to open this spring. The 18-story property will offer business and leisure travelers an upscale, dynamic hotel experience and feature rich design, modern guest rooms, and state-of-the-art meeting space.

To support the needs of the local business community, the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center has more than 15,000 square feet of expansive meeting space for company meetings and special events, with 12 boardrooms and conference rooms to accommodate a variety of groups or occasions. The 7,000-square-foot Regency Ballroom will be able to host more than 500 guests with its modern 21-foot-high ceilings and elegant lighting for all occasions and can be separated into three small rooms if desired.

In addition to the sophisticated ballroom, the hotel has 14 breakout rooms located on the second and fourth floors, most offering private terraces with city views. The 600-square-foot Fairfax Boardroom, on the second floor, can accommodate up to 14 seated individuals with additional seating along the perimeter of the room, and the Vienna Boardroom is 230 square feet and seats six people.

The hotel’s conference rooms are ideal for small and medium-size meetings and social events. The Peach Grove Conference Room is 1,560 square feet and can be divided into two rooms with an outdoor terrace overlooking the elevated plaza. The 1,150-square-foot Commonwealth Conference Room can be divided into two rooms with outside terraces as well. The hotel’s Colvin Run Conference Room is the hotel’s largest undivided conference room at 1,150 square feet of meeting space. The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center also has five additional conference rooms that range in size from 450 square feet to 890 square feet.

The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center will be home to Barrel & Bushel, a contemporary American-style restaurant and bar located on the Plaza level. In addition to the restaurant, the hotel will offer a variety of dining options a short walk from the hotel. Restaurants include the upscale Capital Grille, casual and contemporary options such as Coastal Flats and Brio’s Tuscan Grille, and two separate food courts in the shopping mall. The hotel is close to all Tysons Corner establishments.

The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center will connect to the Tysons Corner Center shopping mall and offer easy access to the nation’s capital, Northern Virginia’s technology and corporate center, and two major airports. The hotel will reflect the vibrant and local community of Tysons Corner and encourage guests to experience and connect to the destination.

Located in the heart of Northern Virginia’s Tysons Corner business district, the hotel is close to the area’s tech and corporate centers, which are home to more than 400 leading companies, and near the Pentagon and defense community.
