One of Lincoln’s newest venues sparkles with exquisite renovations. The Lincoln Commercial Club immerses guests in the glamour and formality of the last century. The ballroom has had many lives, but its recent restoration has returned it to its original elegance and beyond, calling back to the early 1900s when the ballroom was the host to Lincoln’s Commercial Club, the city’s men-only business club. Lavish with antiques and fine reproductions collected over nearly a decade, the venue reflects a style that would have graced a club of a century ago with Neoclassical tables and seating, Empire throne chairs, original paintings and sculptures. The venue includes three guest rooms and a master suite, located on the balcony level overlooking the ballroom. It is the perfect venue for your wedding, get together or other meeting to impress.

Speedway Motors Museum of American Speed offers meeting space amongst unique artifacts and significant parts of automotive history. Voted as the #1 Automotive Museum/Attraction in a 2021 USA TODAY survey, tour groups love this museum because you don’t need to be an automotive junkie to enjoy your visit, as the third floor is dedicated to toys and memorabilia that will bring back those memories of yesteryear, in addition to its current 150,000-square-foot collection. The museum is also embarking on a 90,000 square foot expansion, adding to one of Lincoln’s most unique and exciting attractions.

Lincoln has invested nearly $1 billion in its downtown area, expanding the entertainment and retail opportunities for groups. Among these investments has been an entertainment district, The Railyard, unique to few cities. The city has also created a trolly system that runs by all of the downtown Lincoln properties and takes visitors to all areas of downtown, covering everything from the Nebraska State Capitol, University of Nebraska, the P Street retail area, Historic Haymarket District and The Railyard.
