Amanda Smith Rasnick, CMP – Amanda Smith Rasnick is the Director of Group Accounts at Lake Erie Shores & Islands and leads the group accounts team, having served in that role for 12 years. Within the meeting and events industry, she has demonstrated superb leadership, taking roles on boards and planning committees with various organizations. Besides being a member of the Ohio Travel Association, she is also a member of Meeting Professionals International Ohio, Ohio Society of Association Executives, and Professional Conference Management Association. Through MPI she has held many leadership positions, including 2011-12 MPI Ohio Supplier of the Year, 2014-16 Director of Professional Development, 2016-17 Director of Education (won committee of the year!), and currently serves as Vice President of Education. In 2017 Amanda was awarded the Ohio Travel Association’s Emerging Leader Award and has graduated from the Ohio Travel Association Tourism Leadership Academy.
Amanda loves the region’s Lake Erie islands, especially Kelleys Island where she spends a lot of her free time. She lives in Sandusky with her husband and fur babies and enjoys bike riding, both outdoor and virtual with her Peloton.

Tiffany Frisch – Tiffany Frisch serves as Groups Accounts Manager, being with Lake Erie Shores & Islands since 2015. In this position, Tiffany is responsible for attracting meetings and events for the association and religious markets, among others. She also works closely with area tourism partner attractions in administering grant dollars and attracting public events which generate revenue and economic impact for the region. In 2019, Tiffany received the Early Risers Award from Connect Faith for excellence in the faith-based events industry.
Tiffany is a huge fan of Cedar Point Amusement Park and camping at the Lighthouse Point Resort with her family. She lives in Sandusky with her husband and two sons, with another coming in early 2021.
