The Camper dishes up a fun and approachable brunch experience with elevated comfort food, while Shep’s provides a relaxed, mountain-chic atmosphere where guests can savor Colorado-inspired dishes, enjoy local craft beer and indulge in diverse menus for lunch, dinner and the traditional Sunday Supper. Trail and Trade delivers hand-crafted Silver Canyon coffees and local beverages alongside convenient breakfast and lunch options. Fairways Restaurant provides casual dining on an outdoor terrace with views of the Sunshine course and the surrounding lake. H20 Poolside Bar and Grill offers poolside relaxation, serving drinks and meals throughout the day.
