Osage Casinos Opens Two New Casino Hotels in Oklahoma

OSAGE NATION RESERVATION, Oklahoma— In late November, Osage Casinos opened the doors to its latest addition – a new casino and hotel just west of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The Bartlesville property is the second Osage property to open in 2023, just one month after the opening of Osage Casinos’ new Pawhuska property.

Construction began in 2021 on the 153,000-square-foot facility. The property sits on 125 acres owned by the Nation and is surrounded by forests and ranch land, offering guests scenic views of Oklahoma, Osage News reported on November 20.

The Bartlesville location aims to be a prime destination for gaming, dining and entertainment. The property features 521 slot machines, more than 6,210 square feet of meeting and event space, a pizza-sandwich eatery and a restaurant and bar called “Scissortail.” The 102-room hotel has a fitness center and a year-round outdoor pool area with a hot tub.

Osage Casinos broke ground on both the Bartlesville and Pawhuska properties in June 2021, but both were delayed by more than a year due to supply chain issues.

The Osage Casino and Hotel in Pawhuska – about 25 miles west of Bartlesville – opened in October. The property has 47 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, 259 slot machines and over 3,000 square feet of event space, according to a news release. Osage Casinos operates seven gaming and entertainment properties across Osage County, the release said.
