Renovation Refreshes Opal’s Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa

MANCHESTER, United Kingdom — Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa in Florida has been part of Opal Collection for at least a decade, but the resort feels like it could be a new property following its recent renovation that modernized the oceanfront hotel – the only one set on Jupiter Beach’s 1,000-foot shoreline. With the hotel’s setting at the forefront, the design team’s main goals were to bring the surrounding natural palette of cerulean blue, sandy beige, and deep, dense greens into the property.

The resort’s banquet and ballroom spaces received a refresh. The property boasts 12,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space, flexible meeting rooms and ample pre-function space.

The 4,500-square-foot Sailfish Ballroom can be separated into smaller spaces, while the Marlin Room can accommodate up to 100 for smaller gatherings. Connected to the Marlin Room, The Terrace is adjacent to the resort’s tropical wildlife preserve and can accommodate up to 300 guests or 90 people for a seated meal. The Sand Dune is an oceanfront space for outdoor events.

Additional updgrades were made to the property’s 175 newly renovated guest rooms and suites welcome guests with contemporary, island-inspired decor, private balconies, marble bathrooms and plush robes.

The nine-story, 175-guest room resort features a heated oceanfront pool and whirlpool spa, an outdoor lounge area with cabana-style chairs, a fire pit, a fitness center, a lighted tennis and pickleball court, beach and pool concierge, and kids club activities. The hotel’s Opal Spa is home to eight treatment rooms named after local natural landmarks, like Blowing Rocks, Coral Cove, and Loxahatchee.

The brand-new Latitudes restaurant celebrates the flavors and seafaring traditions of Florida’s East Coast with fresh-caught seafood in a sophisticated coastal setting.
