Spotlight on Radisson Blu Hotel

Smart Dining

New this year, the hotel began offering an Experience Meetings program, which includes free Internet in all the guest rooms for meeting attendees, a Brain Box — a creative and comfortable meeting environment to promote creative thinking for small groups — and, most importantly, Brain Food.

Along with the farm-to-table food and beverage options from the hotel’s culinary team, the Brain Food package includes truly healthful food and beverage options for all meeting groups that promote alertness, health and creativity. The hotel also features a complimentary Grab-and-Run breakfast for group members who may be running a bit behind in the morning.

A Store of Activities

With a mall, a theme park and an aquarium at your back door, it’s not hard to begin dreaming up a whole world of meeting incentives and activities for groups. The Radisson Blu team works with meeting groups to plan everything from scavenger hunts and bowling tournaments to “swimming with the sharks” for a coffee break at the Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium.

“Groups also have access to excellent entertainment options in the connected Mall of America, including the comedy club, 11 movie theaters, over 50 restaurants, over 500 stores, Nickelodeon Universe and more,” Miller said. “The options are only limited by all of our collective imaginations.”
