The Santa Barbara Adventure Company in Santa Barbara, California, offers a variety of fun team building activities including their “Bike Build for Charity.” Groups will assemble a bicycle from parts to encourage organization, delegation and problem-solving skills while contributing to the community. Once the bikes are assembled they’re donated to children in need in the surrounding community.
