Groups at Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, can split up into teams to prepare delectable chocolate fruit tartlets, dark chocolate raspberry truffles and chocolate sabayon mousse parfaits at the resort’s French Sweet Bites culinary team-building event.
Meetings with between 17 and 100 people can break up into teams of six attendees to prepare a variety of French treats to share with the group. With such a delicious end, your attendees will be highly motivated to cook together, which helps create a fun memory, as well as fostering teamwork skills.
The French Sweet Bites is part of the Osthoff Resort’s L’ecole de la Maison Cooking School, which creates interactive challenges participants work together on to achieve common culinary foods. Course leaders foster focused communications and improved working relationships while participants cook.
L’ecole de la Maison offers both large group culinary events, such as French Sweet Bites and Meditteranean Small Pates, as well as small group culinary events. The smaller events fit groups from eight to 16 people and include ten cooking options. Planners can choose crepe making, French pastries, European breakfast, Burgundy cuisine and a number of other themed meal options. Wine pairings can be added to any culinary event for an additional cost.
