MCLEAN, Virginia — Hilton is on track to open 24 new properties this year, including the Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu in May 2024 – the third hotel of Hilton’s newest lifestyle brand, Tempo by Hilton.
The 130-key, six-story hotel will offer a rooftop bar, allowing guests to sip in style as they take in the surrounding skyline with food and beverage offerings from Bluestone Lane. The hotel’s meeting spaces include a 1,876-square-foot meeting room with an additional 676 square feet of flexible event space. On-site catering is also available.
Guest rooms are designed with three zones for function and comfort. A well-lit Get Ready Zone is designed for guests to prepare for the day or a night out, finishing some work or eating a quick bite. Spacious bathrooms feature an oversized shower, Bluetooth speaker mirror and Apotheke bath amenities. Sleeping areas include Sealy Accelerate mattresses, exclusive to Tempo by Hilton and dressed in cooling linens, alongside amenities such as a 65-inch TV and mini-refrigerator.
Through the Confirmed Connecting Rooms by Hilton technology, guests can instantly confirm at least two connecting rooms when booking upcoming stays.
Across the street from the hotel, guests will find Rabbit Hole Distillery. The KFC YUM! Arena and the Louisville Slugger Field are also a mile away. The Kentucky Bourbon Trail Welcome Center and the Muhammad Ali Center are less than a 10-minute drive. The property will also feature a gym, coffee shop and EV charging stations.
Joining Hilton’s rapidly expanding tier of lifestyle hotels, with many located in second-tier cities. The Louisville property will join Motto Bentonville Downtown, Tempo Irving Las Colinas (opening 2024) and Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown (opening October 2024).
