Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort and Spa Opens in Indian Wells, California

INDIAN WELLS, California— Tommy Bahama officially opened the brand’s first destination resort on November 1. The Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort and Spa embodies the spirit of the lifestyle brand with a blend of island living and desert luxury in greater Palm Springs.

The recognizable Tommy Bahama aesthetic is infused throughout the 11-acre Miramonte property in Indian Wells, California. Set amid olive trees, citrus groves and flower gardens, The property boasts 35,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting and event space, as well as the 12,000-square-foot Spa Rosa and the exclusive Rosa Boutique. The hotel also has 215 guest rooms with five luxury villa suites. Three saltwater pools include the signature Tommy Bahama Pool with private cabanas.

Grapefruit Basil is a new signature restaurant serving coastal-inspired dishes and a seasonal craft cocktail menu, and guests can imbibe at the resort’s two bars – the indoor Grapefruit Basil Bar and poolside Chiki Palm. Additional off-site amenities are also available, such as golfing at the nearby Indian Wells Golf Resort.

Tommy Bahama has a well-established presence in the Palm Springs area. The Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar and Store in Palm Desert opened in 1998, followed by the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Palm Springs in 2018 and the Tommy Bahama Home store in 2023. Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort and Spa operates in partnership with Lowe and CoralTree Hospitality. Future resorts are planned in other locations.
