ROHNERT PARK, California – Members of the Federated Indians of Graton Racheria broke ground on September 2 for a $175 million hotel and convention center south of its existing casino. The expansion will turn the Graton Casino into the Graton Resort and Casino with an additional 342,000 square feet, including 200 hotel rooms.
“This is the icing on the cake,” said the tribe’s chairman, Greg Sarris. “Northern California needs a convention center.”
The addition will connect to the $800 million casino and entertainment facility. Guests will be able to easily access the new lobby, bar, spa and 20,000 square feet of flexible event and convention space.
