The kitchen specializes in whipping up seasonal American cuisine and favorites from the Midwest, including dishes like chicken cordon bleu with Mornay sauce, gemelli pasta with wild-mushroom cream sauce and asparagus, and canapes of steak tartare or crab-stuffed portabella mushrooms. Alcohol is allowed.

Although the resort’s 90 rooms have been refurbished and updated throughout the years, they still maintain that classic New Harmony spirit of simplicity and harmonistic purity with modest Shaker-style furnishings and features like in-room fireplaces and walkout patios with lake views.
