The campus itself is lined with wide sidewalks and walkways, making it easy to navigate by foot, wheelchair, or our complimentary buses. Plus, your guests will get the added benefit of spending time among the flowers, fountains, and facilities of KU’s historic campus, which adds a level of ambiance you won’t get at a generic conference center.

Events at KU come with a full menu of services that you can customize to fit the scope of your gathering. If you’re starting from scratch, we can help you research costs and create a budget. If you already have a financial plan in place, we can dive straight into arranging catering options, marketing and promoting your event, reserving lodging, and organizing decorations. We can even coordinate speakers and presenters who will inspire your time together, and we’ll produce program booklets, participant packets, speaker handouts, and signage to keep everything running smoothly.
