GRAPEVINE, Texas — Coury Hospitality, a leading lifestyle hospitality management company, recently announced that it is expanding its Vin Hotel Collection. This growth includes an expansion of the flagship Hotel Vin in Grapevine, Texas, as well as the debut of Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas.
Since opening in 2020, Hotel Vin has redefined hospitality in downtown Grapevine. The next phase of the property will double the property size and add 120 guest rooms, including 26 suites, bringing the hotel’s total accommodations to 240. Set to break ground in late 2025, the expansion will also include a 5,000-square-foot event space, a restaurant, a boutique spa and an outdoor pool.
The additional event space will complement Hotel Vin’s existing 21,100 square feet of meeting space, which includes the 4,200-square-foot Bordeaux Ballroom, the 2,100-square-foot Tuscany Ballroom and the 4,400-square-foot Rioja Terrace.
As part of the expansion of its Vin Hotel Collection, Coury Hospitality will also debut Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2026. The $72 million-plus Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott will include 125 guest rooms, more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, food and beverage experiences, a rooftop bar and an outdoor pool.
Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills will be located near corporate offices, restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater and biking trails that connect to the broader Pinnacle Hills trail system. The hotel will provide guest room accommodations with marble bathrooms, designer toiletries and upscale amenities, alongside a fine-dining restaurant.
“With Hotel Vin, we set out to create a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations, and its success has reaffirmed our vision,” said Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality. “Expanding Hotel Vin allows us to elevate our flagship property even further, delivering dynamic new experiences for our guests and locals. With Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills, we are bringing that same commitment to excellence to Northwest Arkansas, introducing a resort-style destination that will redefine hospitality in the region.”
Groundbreakings and Additions
Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills broke ground in fall 2024 with an expected opening in summer 2026. Construction began around the time of two Coury Hospitality openings in late 2024 — the Loom Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Warwick, Rhode Island, and the HALL Park Hotel, the first Autograph Collection lifestyle hotel in Frisco, Texas.
Coury Hospitality also broke ground on a Chisholm Creek Autograph Collection hotel in northern Oklahoma City and announced new developments in their pipeline, including three new Autograph Collection properties in Flower Mound, Texas; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Memphis, Tennessee.
