Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Now Welcoming Guests in Southwest Florida

TORONTO, Ontario — The Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort recently opened, setting a new standard on the coast of Southwest Florida. Set on 1,000 feet of white-sand beachfront stretching across 125 lushly landscaped acres, this debut signals a bold evolution for Gulf Coast hospitality.

With 220 guest accommodations, including 57 suites, Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort delivers an unmatched array of amenities, including five dining destinations, a full-service spa and wellness center, racquet sports facilities, expansive event venues, and Naples’ newest golf resort experience.

Naples Beach Club offers over 32,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space, including two elegant ballrooms, a series of lush lawn venues and sun-drenched terraces. For grand events, Poinciana Ballroom accommodates up to 400, while the more intimate 200-guest Palm Ballroom is just steps from the beach. Additional options include boardrooms and outdoor spaces, like Palm Lawn and Camelia Court Terrace.

At the heart of the resort lies Market Square, a vibrant social hub that connects guests and locals alike through a mix of retail, dining and entertainment — all designed to foster community and connection.

Inspired by the charm of Old Naples, exterior architect Hart Howerton’s approach reinterprets the city’s historic cottage home style in a contemporary form and reflects the tradition of local craftsmanship. Inside, guests arrive at a soaring, light-filled lobby with a coffered ceiling featuring bleached Pecky Cypress. Off the lobby, a series of archways draws the eye through The Library and The Merchant Room, the resort’s signature restaurant.

Each of the resort’s 220 guest rooms and suites blends natural materials, neutral palettes and curated textures to reflect the surrounding landscape and water. Each guest room offers an expansive ocean-view terrace fully furnished with daybeds and dining areas for indoor-outdoor living. Also debuting early this year is the 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom Sabal Suite, named in honor of Florida’s state tree.

The resort debuts five distinct culinary concepts, ranging from relaxed beachside fare to elevated fine dining. Signature venues include the rebirth of local favorite HB’s, the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples, and the Sunset Bar reclaims its position as the best place in the city to enjoy the sunset. The Merchant Room is a New American brasserie, led by two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen.

Sanctuary Spa is a 30,000-square-foot space with 13 treatment rooms, including three spacious VIP suites, aromatherapy steam rooms, Finnish saunas, vitality pools and cold plunge zones. Guests can also unwind at the 75-foot rooftop lap pool, with views of the lush golf course, or at the 24-hour fitness center.

Kayaks, paddleboards, beach games and more are all on hand for those looking to stay active, and guests can practice or play at the six-court Racquet Club. There are also two pools surrounded by private cabanas and plush loungers, including one with a splash area that families will enjoy.

In addition to the resort’s opening, the extensive 125-acre coastal destination is introducing 153 exceptional luxury residences and a Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course in partnership with Discovery Land Company. The golf course spans 100 acres and is set to open in 2026.

“This opening marks an exciting milestone for Four Seasons in Florida, as we expand our offerings in the region and introduce the highly anticipated Naples Beach Club,” said Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO, Four Seasons.

This year will bring a second wave of openings throughout the property, including The Wager, a sports-centric gastropub that will feature a four-lane bowling alley, putting green and game room. The Picture House is a 22-seat state-of-the-art theater that will show first-run movies.
