The Crowne Plaza La Concha Hotel in Key West, Florida, is on track to convert to a Marriott Autograph Collection property in 2024, at which time it will be rebranded to Autograph La Concha.

Calmwater Capital announced in September that it had acquired Banyan Cay Resort and Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. The new owners expect to complete the hotel, event spaces and spa.
